"Very Good Service Overall!"

A review of Petersfield Medical Practice by Amy written on Tuesday 2nd of March 2010

I ended up registering at petersfield surgery due to needing a doctors appointment urgently and my doctors surgery turning me away and saying sorry no appointments and hanging up on me!

I called petersfield in a bit of a state as I had a kidney infection coming on and nobody else would help me. I explained my situation to the receptionist and she was so helpful she got me an emergency appointment within 1 hour of calling, I dont know what i would have done otherwise!

They were extremely helpful when I was in the surgery, the doctor even saw me early and I started antibiotics that afternoon.

I have since been back twice for other medical problems and only the last time have the receptionist been a little pre-occupied or cold.

The only complaint I may possibly suggest is that the receptionists constantly close the glass window to the patients area so that people coming in have to tap on the window to get someone's attention. I think it would be more welcoming to not have a division shutting people out from reception.
