I totally agree, I can't believe such a big 'service' only has answer phones. Why is it that they don't want you to actually talk to someone I wonder, possibly because they don't have enough staff to deal with all the complaints. When you live out of town, don't drive and can't speak to anyone on the phone it's a little annoying when you take the journey to the delivery office to find they have sent your parcel back - their advice - to contact the sender - my reply - I don't know who the sender is - they can't help. Why do we pay for this terrible service!!!!
