A review of Royal Mail - Cambridge Sorting & Delivery Office by Julian Murphy written on Saturday 6th of February 2010
Living in a new build with tiny Barbie doll sized letterboxes has been frustrating as the Postal workers have either left packages on the top of the boxes, or rammed the items as far into the boxes as possible, smashing, cracking, and generally ruining the goods I've sent for costing me time and money for replacements.
That said, when I brought this to the attention of staff at the sorting office they could not have been more helpful.
Mind you, since my first contact i have had items left at the sorting office without a card put through the door, and the spine of a book broken by it being shoved through the box. I've just phoned the office again and a very polite gentleman called Mr Hulyer said he would look into it for me. We wait with baited breath to see what happens next.
