A review of River Island by Kate written on Thursday 4th of February 2010
I couldnt agree more! i sent an item back to river island using the post office returns 2 weeks ago now and i still havent had the money refunded back into my account! i can't get hold of anyone as i have to email as they dont give a customer services number to phone and they keep telling me by email that i have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item! what good is that if i've already returned the item!?! .
