A review of The Orange Shop by Mrs. judith bishop written on Monday 1st of February 2010
Having received a new orange mobile phone, as a christmas present,I was disappointed when it stopped working, the speaker unit completely failed, so I trotted off the the local orange store, where it was purchased, they gave me a number to call, orange customer services, at that stage not knowing it was costing £1.50 per minute to call them, bearing in mind this phone was actually only two days or so outside of the 28 day period of return, all they offered me was a second hand re-conditioned phone at the same monthly contract rate of £25.00, do they think I am stupid or what, would I want a second hand phone at that price per month, this issue is still ongoing with no-one wanting, to address the issue, even though they are still taking my money, where do I go from here..
