These guys are the VERY best - they are competent, professional, friendly, and very happy to explain anything you don't understand. And they give you excellent value-for-money with a quick turn-around. Also free air and oil on a drop-in basis!!

I've been to other cycle shops that are rude, condesending when you don't understand something, and act judgemental if you bring in your junkie, second-hand bike for repairs. These guys help you assess what's required, whatever the condition your bike is in. They done some routine repairs over the last 18 months for me - fix a flat, set the gears in order. Today, I had them do a full service on my bike. All of the work is done to a high standard of care and attention to detail, even though they're inexpensive. My gears and breaks now work as smooth as butter, the bike is clean, missing bolts replaced, and I don't feel like I'm riding a bucket of bolts over the bumpy bits in the road anymore. They also oiled my lock.

I started going to this shop after my boss (who's been in Cambridge 16 years) gave them a high recommendation - I have got to pass it on!.
