I called this number which i got from previous review 0208 991 4759 and got no luck it just rang and rang, then loud annoying noise, milton keynes i had same thing, bedford gave me the ri customer service number, so here it is

0844 5766444, actually got some help with number.

found this number aswell, 0870 160 3201, which was consistently engaged.
