I find this very sad that people are leaving B & Q just because of the new self-service checkouts. I know for a fact that service staff do their level best to serve people at an ordinary till where possible. If this does prove impossible to do then there is always a “live person” to help customers through the self-serve tills.

Please don’t shoot the messenger. The staff at B & Q do their level best to give excellent customer service.
