A review of B & Q by Colin stanley written on Thursday 12th of November 2009
The Self service system is a joke. I am fed up with complaining at my local store. I appreciate these systems can and do work at the supermarkets but not when products are so variable in size and you always get a choice at the supermarket to use the manned or unmanned tills. I over hear so many others complaining too. You often see a large queue at the only manned till, even when the self service tills are vacant. I don’t think that B and Q are remotely interested in what their customers want only how they might cut costs. I have complained to their DIY.com web site. I have recently requested that they place a petition at their store exit to ask their customers opinion of the service. I think it may be enlightening to see the results..
