"Self-Service Check outs"

I must admit I am very surprised there arn't any feedback comments about the new(ish) self-service tills which were installed earlier this year.

Does this mean that everyone is very happy with them? From what I have heard, I think not.

Having said this, it must be said, that the staff who man these tills do it because it is part of their job and if any customer wishes to make adverse comments about self-service, it would be much kinder to

do it in writing to B & Q rather than to the staff. After the first half a dozen times it must get very tedious.

In the same vein, positive feedback is also always welcome I am sure..
