A review of The Orange Shop by ALL OUT OF LOVE written on Sunday 4th of October 2009
Hi there.
I had a contract with Orange.
I was informed that the coverage was excellent, (only if I leave the house and stand at the top end of the garden, often in the rain).
Following 18 months I cancelled the contract and had to make several calls to get the PAC number.
As I had a LG Viewity which was one an Orange contract the phone was blocked.
I am unable to contact Orange via phone or Email, why?...
There are no phone lines I can access to speak to anyone in Orange and their Email facility will not register an underscore present in the Email address.
I can't even find anything on Google to help that will help!
This is beyond Bad Customer Service.
DON'T SLIP UP LIKE I DID! I URGE YOU TO GET ALL OF THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS VERIFIED FROM ORANGE BEFORE ANY PURCHASE. GET THE SHOP ASSISTANT TO RING THEM IN FRONT OF YOU BEFORE YOU GET A MOBILE ON CONTRACT WITH ORANGE AS THE NUMBERS ARE WRONG..
