"Ridiculous inefficiency!!!"

I have tried every day for the past week to contact the job centre to arrange an appointment as I am moving to Cambridge on Oct 3rd and need to transfer my JSA details from the West Midlands. The telephone is PERMANANTLY engaged from morning through to closing and I have still not been able to get through!!! Louise Daniels 30/09/09.
