"What is Sofa Workshop up to now????"

I am really worried. I've paid a deposit on a Beth sofa from Sofa Workshop.

I called the store last week to ask when delivery will be made, only to be told that I may have lost my deposit.

I paid it by credit card and presumed that by using this method it was safe?

Does anyone know what's happening with the company? I know they brought in the administrators before Christmas and reopened again. Someone said a big court case was about to expolode surrounding the Birmingham Sofa Workshop store.

I'd really like to know what's going on..
