A review of Lloyds TSB Bank by Heather written on Friday 28th of August 2009
Not all customers that incur charges ever go over drawn,some are incured due to imcompetence by members of staff,as experienced by myself,so at times it is hard, not to become irritated when you yourself have not been at fault,i;ve always paid my credit card bills in full and on time,yet still incured charges ,none of us are perfect but it would be nice to at least recive an apology ,humility costs nothing and goes a long way to smooth things over ,i have made mistakes but do not find it a weakness to admit to them heather.
