A review of The Temple Conference Centre by K written on Sunday 23rd of August 2009
I got married at the temple in 2005, I had always wanted the big fairy tale, and this Venue to look at was perfect, and when I met Sally and Robert they sold it to me. They couldn't do enough for us, they said we would have the house for the older guests in the evening, I was going to have voile draped from the chairs and some people sitting up on the balcony so there would be enough room for everybody, well on the day this all changed we didn't get the house, she didn't allow the florist to drape voile from the chairs when this had been decided it was ok in our meeting, and she didn't allow the guests to sit on the balcony so everyone was crammed in downstairs. Lots of little things, also in the morning after the wedding I thought it would have been nice for them to have come and seen us, made sure everything was ok and said goodbye, instead we got nothing. On the Day I had got a huge beaquet of flowers to say a huge thank you for all her help and I wish I hadn't bothered I do not feel I got the service I paid for, all in all I had a wonderful day because of my husband family and friends but when i think about it afterwards I do get a little upset, not how you should be feeling about your wedding day :(.
