As the manager of Petersfield Medical Practice I think it a very great shame that not one of your reviewers has contacted the surgery outright to disuss their complaints and that comment from 5 and 6 years ago remain on this system. We try very hard to offer a good service to all of our patients and if we fall short then let us know directly so that they can be addressed. .
