You just stated the service staff are to hand over each customer to a relevant member of staff > then you said they deal with a variety of issues - no they don't.
If a phone call comes in to B&Q - they transfer the call and if a customer has a complaint about a product from a particular department, they call a member of staff from that department to handle it.
THEY DO NOTHING.
