I can only say that I would also be upset at being

treated that way but, having said that, this was

one experience.

I think maybe you struck unlucky with your choice

of store/employee and the majority of B & Q

employees are polite, helful and go the extra mile

to help their customers.

I do talk from personal experience and feel very

sorry that you encountered this treatment from the

store you visited.

Please don't tar all stores with the same brush..
