"Getting in touch with Customer Services"

I have never found a network so hard to get in touch with either by mobile or landline. Everytom I have a problem it takes me ages to sort it out because there is never an easy way to contact Orange Customer Services. I do not rate this service at all and am thinking of changing my network..
