"Difficult to contact"

May give a great service but I'll never know as I couldn't get through to make an appointment! Tried calling on numerous occasions, the phone would ring and ring or it would be answered and I was told that my call would be answered shortly, after holding on for several minutes the phone was then cut off. A great way to run a business especially in this current economic climate, how many business's are able to do that! not bother to answer the phone to make appointments with customers!.
