"Too many 'smaller' players in very limited market"

It's no suprise about ACIS. Carlysle did pay too much based on the profit multiplier back in 2007 and ACIS business plan seemed subsequently floored. The bus RTPI market is stagnant and ACIS have not been sufficiently diverse in their product offering to the wider market. There appears to be a lack of investment.
