"Long wait and poor excuse!"

Went to the Granta 6/6/2009 for some lunch, pub was busy but not incredibly so. First there was a massive queue to order, then after 1 hour food had still not arrived, for 3 sandwiches and 2 jacket potatoes this is not very good. Went to ask where it was and was told there had been a jam in the ticket printer and some orders had been lost. So it was rushed out, chips were cold and one sandwich was quite a way short of being the ploughmans described. I would not go back!.
