"A fantastic service"

I went to specsavers in cambridge as i broke my spectacles and they offered an eye test that day, i usually go to an opticians in my local village and i was just going there to get my prescription with the intention of bringing it back to my own optician, then i came across a young irish lady called niamh, she explained all there offers compared my varifocals to specsavers and overall gave me an amazing service, she explained all options to me and explained everything in detail, when i was due to collect my glasses there was a one day delay but niamh phoned me and apologised and told me they would be ready the next day, i went and saw niamh the next day, collected my new glasses that are fantastic, overall i would of never thought that specsavers would provide such an amazing service, i recieved such an amazing service by an amzing young lady who you can see is passionate about her work and her customers, i would certanly reccommend specsavers cambridge, the journey from start to finish was pleasure and at half the cost compared to what i usually spend, i hope niamh gets the recognition she deserves.
