"Extremely disappointing service"

We regularly eat out in this area of Cambridge and have eaten at many of the restaurants on this site.My family and I were looking forward to a special meal at Frankie & Benny's to celebrate together.However when we entered the restaurant we were forced to queue when there were obviously many empty tables and many waiters free.I can understand this when restaurants are full and waiters are very busy but it was half full and we were completely ignored.A couple behind us walked out and after I approached a waiter to ask if we could be seated,he promptly ignored us and was not concerned in the slightest!I eventually spoke to a manager and said we would be leaving if we had to continue to queue.We will not be visiting this restaurant again because of the ridiculous queuing system they have even when the restaurant is quiet..
