"Background Music - Advice to Stephen and Maria"

I am unaware if all B & Q's play the same music but at my local store it is never too loud and I think that is the important thing. It is in the background which is where it should be.

Can I suggest that you either have a word at Cambridge store (or your local store, wherever you go) and ask them to turn the volume down a little? The people who work in the stores do listen to customers' requests.

Alternatively, why not write to Head Office and voice your feelings?

B & Q are always willing to listen :)
