"Wide selection but terrible customer service"

We visited this shop looking for a bike for my wife and a trailer for our kids. We were impressed by the choice of bikes on display. However, my wife and I both left the shop very disappointed with the shop assistant's attitude - he really was not keen in advising us on the different types, sizes, frames etc given the vast selection. Perhaps he's more used to customers with a specific model in mind and so spending the minimum amount of his time pulling it out of the rack.

Needless to say Cycle King lost out on our custom and we bought a bike and trailer from elsewhere later on that day..
