"Receptionists"

I just joined and have to say that my experience with the receptionists was not good although one (I think senior) was very helpful a younger one who initially saw me was quite unfriendly and almost looked annoyed when I said I wanted to register! I then telephoned and got, again, a rather annoyed tone of voice as if I had interrupted her and had to repeat the information I'd given several times. Yet to see a doctor but let's hope they, at least, are a bit more professional..
