Your review didn't come as a surprise to me! B & Q is the only store I have met who don't make a big fuss when you return items (as long as they are unused and not damaged of course)

It is so good to know that you can start a project and buy enough materials to finish a job in the knowledge that any not needed can be returned without question.

There aren't many places you can say that about.
