I made my way back to B & Q at The Fort Manchester to exchange paint ( I needed a much larger tin than I had purchased)

I was so pleased and relieved to be dealt with in a friendly non hostile manner as over the last few days I have had experiences with dealing with my Bank, a travel company, and insurer which all left me feeling frustrated and angry.

So a big thank you (didnt read the name badges unfortunatley) TO THE TWO LADIES WHO DEALT WITH ME-

no hassle and helpful and friendly..
