"Cold & Sterile"

Taking a walk with my partner out on the west side of cambridge we stumbled across the Plough a couple of weekends ago. It looked good from the outside so we ventured in for a spot of lunch. Unfortunately what lay inside wasn't great - cold, sterile atmosphere and despite the fact that most tables were empty we were shown to the one immediately outside the toilet door! Food was inconsistent - my duck leg was excellent but the vegetarian options were fairly grim and overpriced. Staff seemed uncoordinated and a bit too informal. Next time we'll be going back to the Green Man in Trumpington!
