"Treated like Royalty"

I was most impressed by the service,care,assistance and expertise of the staff in the menswear dept. In particular The assistant Monica. I enquired for a pair of cord Jeans as my size was unavailable on the shelves. I also had other purchases to try on. So Monica suggested I try on my purchases whilst she phoned around other stores trying to locate my sizes.

During my fitting my mobile phone rang and the assistants could hear me being told that my daughter in law was waiting in the car park for me, so I was then in a rush to get out. I still had a pair of trousers trying on but was told I could keep them on and they would remove the label's for me and take me over to the pay desk, whilst Monica completed arrangements for my located Jeans.The whole staff seemed as if they couldn't do enough for me and I felt like Royalty, and left very pleased. A few hours later a lady from Bolton phoned me to say that they had my jeans and would post them on to me In Scotland. They arrived the following Day.

What wonderful staff are employed by M&S. Other places I have shopped at the assistants couldn't care less whether I purchase or not. It is not only the quality of goods but also the staff which ensures I will always shop at M&S. Many Many Thanks to All who assisted me.
