"Slooooooooooooooooow service"

The most incredibly slow service I have ever experienced.

Once we were seated, we waited 5 mintues for a menu, but ended up having to ask for one.

A further 10 mins for drinks order to be taken. A further 30 mins for a food order...which then took an age to arrive.

Even though it was a Saturday night, it wasn't particularly busy. There really is no excuse for service this slow, especially when the food wasn't particularly good.

While we were waiting for a table, a waiter dropped food all over a couple's table. Later on, the same waiter dropped a rice dish, which knocked over a friend's pint glass, covering me in beer. I had to ask for a cloth, they didn't offer one, nor did they do anything to try and make the situation right.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. .
