"Remember there is more than one B & Q store"

Point Taken AzuKa, but maybe this experience wouldn't happen in another store. Maybe these problems are just happening in one store.

The reason for my reply is to say, please don't tar all B & Q's with the same brush. Just because one person has a bad experience at one branch, doesn't mean that all B & Q stores are the same. In the majority of stores, the staff bend over backwards to help the customer in any way they can.
