First of all Azuka, can I just confirm that you actually mean September 2008 and not 2007? Your review basically rips B & Q to pieces but I am wondering if there is another side to this story? I agree five months is not an acceptable time span for receiving your kitchen and having it fitted but a few more details as to why delays have happened could make the situation fairer to B & Q.

It seems when there is no one to give their story, an argument becomes very one-sided and to be honest I find it very unfair to slate B & Q in this way. This page is supposed to be for reviews, not a place to get at the company .
