Whilst I appreciate your frustration Steve, I think your heading said it all. If I were getting a kitchen or bathroom from a large concern like B & Q I would certainly have made sure I had received my complete delivery before ripping out my old kitchen (or bathroom).

B & Q's kitchens are reasonable in the scheme of things and, therefore, like everywhere else , you expect hitches.

I am not condoning what happened because I feel you did experience a hard time with this order, but your comment was a little harsh at the end of the review. You started by saying the staff are lovely and you had no argument with them, but then made a comment about B & Q making money so their staff could be paid and stay in work. It is worth remembering that B & Q employ a lot of people and it was only a few of these people who let you down badly. Your statement inferred that B & Q were paying people who weren't doing their job properly. I would just like to reiterate that this would only refer to a few. In general, the majority of B & Q staff go out of their way to meet the customers' needs.

I am pleased you received your kitchen though and would suggest that you chose the correct way of rectifying this matter by going higher than the branch staff.
