A review of B & Q by Steve Hughes written on Thursday 22nd of January 2009
Yes Jane the Staff at B&Q are lovely and I don’t blame any of them, But I paid for and waited 7 weeks for my new kitchen(I didn’t mind that it give me time to sort out a builder to fit it) But what I did think was not good for there business, is, No promised phone call two days before delivery, if fact I had to call them, a day B4 and were told yes everything is ok it will be with you on the Saturday as promised, So I gave my builder the all clear to get on with it then when it came there were 1/2 the kitchen missing, and then to be told the other half will be with you in 7weeks time, if you call two weeks before, Now if I ran a business like that I would be skint in no time so if you let the boss know what’s going on, then its good for all concerned, B&Q keeps making money and the staff keep getting paid, and in work?
and I get my new kitchen,
