That is correct what you have said! why do customers think its ok to look down on customer assistants! like you said we are here to assist but not to be looked down on and belittled! over the christmas period was terrible ive never known so many rude people in my life all in one place the amount of days i got upset because of how people spoke to me and my work colleges, it would be nice to have a bit of respect sometimes..
