I'm not surprised you feel disappointed. You clearly had been a loyal customer. I think a business should demonstrate that they continue to want your custom by fixing this one-off poorer quality service (even if your long ragged toe nails had caused a whole trouser hem to fall down!). I am looking for an alteration service, your review is helpful..
