Oh believe me you arn't the only grumpy customer Jason but my one wish is that you all would please not take out your frustrations on us checkout girls and those on the service desk

We always give good service even under great pressure and with the economic climate as it is, there is always pressure. We always have a smile and do our best to solve your problems. I am sorry you had a 20 minute wait at your local B & Q. I can assure you we do our utmost to clear queues as quickly as we can. We go out of our way to treat you in a way we would

like to be treated ourselves

So, please, spare a thought for us next time you feel grumpy.

Perhaps we also feel grumpy at times, but we sure dont let it show.
