"I agree"

I work in b&q showrooms and I totally agree with this, I have worked there for over a year now and never has one customer called me by my name which is clearly displayed for everyone to see, its usually a whistle or a wave or a grunt, we are people as well and we do not get paid to take abuse, i have gotten into the habbit where if someone swears at me I tell them they have to options they can either leave or go to the managers office and take it up with them and security and walk away. .
