"Couldn't be more Japanese"

This is to all the people who seem to think the food is nothing like Japan. This place couldn't be more Japanese if it tried! I lived in Japan for 3 years and have been looking for somewhere that's not a 'fusion' place to emulate what I experienced out there. This is it. Just look at the amount of Japanese people that go there! .
