"Replies by a "B&Q employee MK""

A review of B & Q by B&Q Employee SNT written on Tuesday 11th of November 2008

Whilst I agree with the basis of this employee's replies, I feel he/she could have worded them a little more politely.

As always, customer service comes first at B & Q and, in my experience at our branch, we go out of our way and travel the extra mile to assist each and every customer.

Orders are dealt with efficiently and customers are made aware of any extras they need to complete their projects or to ensure any future problems can be dealt with.

Everyone makes mistakes at times. Even B & Q workers are human, so if there has been an error, please be patient, because we always do our very best to solve any problems our customers have..
