So because of one moron you tar an entire company even though his/her colleague gave you exactly what you wanted?

You bought a tap didn't think to check it before you left (fair enough most people don't) got it home, found it was damaged and when you went to B&Q you got another one did i get that right?

YOU ACTUALLY GOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU CAME BACK IN FOR.

Name and shame the moron who inconvenienced and praise whomever went in the back to get you the new one.
