Did you not have the common sense to buy a spare pack at the time incase of some disaster in the house?

Obviously not, we are a business and lines that do not sell well will become discontinued and standards change so in future don't blame B&Q or another reatailer for your own stupidity.

What if you spilt bleach or something on your flooring and ruined it? is that B&Q's fault too?

I ALWAYS recommend that you buy at least one pack extra of tiles/flooring on top of the extra 10% we recommend for natural wastage.

It's not making you buy stuff you want it's insurance and a hell of a lot cheaper than replacing everything..
