"Where Did she Go??????"

After having tried most salons in cambridge and not being happy i was told about directors.I thought why not give them a go so i booked an appointment over the phone, i was offered one of there new stylists.when i arrived for my appointment i was welcomed instantly and i felt at ease and as for my stylist she was lovely,she talked me through everything asking me what id had done in the past and what hadnt worked for me, i couldnt fault her customer service the cut was fantastic everything i wanted she gave me a card with her name on at reception but a few months later when i tried to book an appointment id lost the card but described her over the phone as all i can remember is she had long black hai. I was told her name was olivia but i then found out she had left, does anyone know where she went????? i don't want to go back to having awful haircuts!.
