In response to your message a bus is deemed as running on time if it is 1 minute early or up to 4 minutes late as directed by the traffic commissioner and as for the attitude of the driver it is not up to him to apologisefor the appauling traffic situation in cambridge if the passengers are so thick they have to ask the driver why he's late and not have to use any energy and use their brain on realising why it's late then they are pretty sad and as for you piss off and buy your moped cambridge don't need winging passengers like you holding the bus even further what a dick head .
