I am sorry you had to wait nearly a month for your order to be completed, but, when ordering for a customer, we always say please allow up to 28 days. It may not take this long, and often it doesn't, but it covers all eventualities and helps the customer be aware that a wait may be necessary. I have worked for B & Q now for a year and I have to say that customers always come first. We always do our level best to make any purchase from B & Q a positive experience..
