I have left Orange simply because I bought an iPhone. Up until then I have had only praise for Orange. I am now in credit with Orange informing me they would deduct it from my next bill... but there won't be one. Now try calling Orange when your mobile number is no longer recognised and you cannot get through... until now.

I was getting increasingly frustrated because I was unable to speak with anyone. It was not the amount just the irritation that I could not obtain a response.

I used this telephone number, got through and was greeted with the usual helpful response I expect from Orange. That was so useful.
