A review of The Fort St George by Adele written on Thursday 5th of June 2008
It has turned into a trendy wine bar but I really don't think Cambridge needed another one of those and certainly not in this location - next to the river where it's nice to pretend you don't live in a city full of trendy wine bars.
Only veggie option on the menu was a baked camambert! And it does not seem to be family friendly as there's no space to take pushchairs into the outside eating area anymore and kids are restricted to the very back of the resturant. I'd rather grab a beer from the bar and go sit on the common..
