"Primark would revive the grafton centre"

A review of Thomson Reuters by Eleanora Fagan written on Monday 19th of May 2008

I contacted Primark and they told me that they aim to open a branch in Cambridge for August 2008. I read an article in the Cambridge Evening News that Primark want to open up a branch where Robert Sayle used to be but the landlord would prefer to divide the property into five smaller retail units. This seemms silly to me, surely one large guaranteed rent is better that trying to let five small units. This area of Cambridge seems to be getting less and less popular, Primark is just what the Grafton needs to improve business. .
